Bob Lanier applied his 30 years executive experience with technology and life science early and mid stage companies with his deep interest in neuroscience to create the Bioclaris Method in 2009 and found the company.
Bob has designed the method so that it directly accesses specific brain systems associated with generating ideas, and can be easily learned and used by all levels of employees. Bob has found that the method is very effective when addressing the most important business or technical challenges that a company has and has not been able to solve.
Bobʼs interest in the brain started in the early 1970ʼs when a graduate student at University of Washington focusing on cognitive psychology. Bobʼs career in software took him to artificial intelligence and knowledge management applications. Wanting to deepen his understanding of the underlying science of the brain and body, Bob turned his attention to the life sciences in 2000 and numerous early and mid stage life science companies before launching Bioclaris in 2009. Bobʼs overriding objective is to enable companies to leverage the latent potential of every employee to become significantly more competitive and innovative.
