 Dan was born and raised in Carmel, California, where he was exposed to the real estate industry at an early age through his family's real estate business. This experience led him to realize the importance real estate plays in our lives, and the benfits real estate ownership brings.
To further increase his knowledge of the business, Dan majored and received a BA in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs at Sacramento State University. During this time, he bought his first home in the Sacramento area. After graduating he entered into the Title & Escrow business. Under the mentorship of one of San Francisco's top producers David Peckman, Dan entered the Real estate market in 1998. Dan resides with his partner Jesus Marez in the Duboce Triangle neighborhood of the city.
